2026 marks Greenstar Cleaners’ 50th year of making premises sparkly. What began in 1976 as a small window cleaning round, completed with a ladder on the roof of a yellow Ford Fiesta, has grown into the trusted and successful commercial cleaning company we are today.
Over five decades, we’ve seen the industry change beyond recognition. From paying wages weekly in little brown envelopes to seeing them appear in bank accounts as if by magic. From spray polish and yellow dusters to clean office desks, not to mention the cleaning of ashtrays that sat on nearly every desk. Thankfully, things have changed and very much for the better.
Our 50 years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge for our clients. There’s very little we haven’t encountered, and we know exactly how to deal with it. You can be confident that your premises are safe, well cared for, and in expert hands.

Based in Crawley, offering services throughout West Sussex, Surrey and the South East, Greenstar Cleaners is a sustainable office cleaning company, using best practices to help sustain our environment. We are working towards paying all of our staff the Real Living Wage, which we believe is of benefit to both our staff and our clients. We support charities through the products we use and work with a number of charities in our local community and beyond.
Site Audits
To ensure our clients get the very best service we carry out regular on-site audits, using the latest technology available to the cleaning industry. These are used by us to monitor the sites and can be easily shared with our clients. We have Account Managers and Supervisors who visit sites and cleaners on a regular basis and keep in contact with our customers.

Professional Staff
No-one can do a job to the best of their ability unless they are trained properly. We spend time training staff at the sites they work on and with the equipment they use. We have considerable experience with the TUPE legislation and can ensure that any transfers happens seamlessly.
